Thanks to Joel, Emma, and Russel at KirkBath we have fantastic new bathrooms! We got three bids (the fourth never called us back) to renovate our 1.5 bath and KirkBath was the best option! We were looking for a bathroom that would stand-up to the test of a family of four and that is what we got. We knew the options in their showroom were well thought out to provide quality hardware and materials for the best value. Their options made things simple for us and we didn’t have to wade through acres of faucets, towel racks, toilets, hinges, etc. (they would have let us if we wanted to). When it came time to design, Joel and Emma provided great insights and design ideas to revamp our 1.5 connected bath into two full baths. This improved privacy for the entire family and added significant value to our home. To make it happen we had to completely gut the only bathrooms in the house, move the washer and dryer to the garage, and replace all the plumbing under the house. Joel coordinated all of this with ease and minimized our time without laundry and showers as much as possible. The cost and schedule of the project was clear from the beginning and any changes to the cost were documented and signed before the work was done. Joel even corrected costs that were in our favor! Because this was a big project Joel worked with us and we were able to reduce costs by doing the demolition and painting ourselves. Joel checked in with us regularly and made sure everything was on schedule and when all was done, the project finished ahead of schedule! We love our neo-angle shower and efficient use of space! The finish work is great and no corners were cut to ensure quality craftsmanship. We have only good things to say about our bathrooms and the entire process with KirkBath! A few months down the line we did have one problem that Joel took care of in no time flat. Some of the new plumbing under our house was not insulated and water was condensing onto the cold water lines and dripping to the crawl space. This was not the fault of KirkBath but was more an issue of our unique foundation and venting system and that the plumbers did not completely insulate the new PEX tubing. Regardless of the cause, Joel quickly addressed the problem and let us barrow his fans and dehumidifiers for an extended period of time to get things dried up. We could not be happier with his response. Thanks Joel an Emma helping us get all that we wanted with our bathroom renovation and more, you have our recommendation! –Andy and Tara Neill

My favorite room in my house, now, is my master bath, remodeled/rebuilt by Kirk Bath. The design, workmanship, and quality of materials is excellent. Working with Joel and Emma was a pleasure from the first day we walked in until the day the job was finished. Russell, their carpenter, tile setter etc. was also a pleasure to work with and very conscientious about his work, always making sure there were minimum disruptions to our life. We had a leaking problem with the shower head we chose and Joel replaced it twice. The problem persisted and he refunded our money in full and we ordered a different brand and model. When it arrived Joel installed at no charge. We love the new shower head so much I’m actually happy the first model failed! We highly recommend Kirk Bath.

Wonderful to work with, professional, prompt and high quality products. We are loving the new cabinets and counter top! Glad we went with the Expanded Option in the Caesarstone; the quartz sparkle is incredible! Thanks for everything and hope to do more remodel work with you in the future!

My spouse and I have a long-standing and overwhelmingly positive relationship with Kirk Design & Construction. Early in their business, we hired them for a couple of projects, and we were impressed with their enthusiasm, expertise, and integrity. We have since contracted with them for three major projects in the last half-dozen years.
In all cases, Emma’s designs address the needs and desires we had for the spaces. We own a modest house, and Emma is expert at finding underutilized space to make the house’s existing footprint work effectively. She incorporates our broad ideas with her inspired concepts and building knowledge. She is very responsive to design feedback.
Joel provides excellent management of construction projects. He hires employees and subcontractors who work to high technical standards and who are trustworthy. There is virtually no downtime once a project begins: all materials are on site and subcontractors are scheduled. His project timelines are accurate; our first major project was scheduled for seven weeks, and it was on track until some unforeseen complication in the final week delayed the completion only a few days. He also communicates well, keeping us informed of progress and next steps. The worksite is always organized and clean, and they are always respectful of our space, privacy, and time.
We trust Joel and Emma so very much. We love their commitment to transforming spaces with beautiful and functional design, quality materials, solid construction, and attention to details. They are also people of great integrity and kindness.

“Done on budget and one day early! I contacted several remodeling companies and the prices were all very similar. However, when I met with Emma and Joel the decision was made. Emma has gathered materials that give you the opportunity to create your own unique bathroom, without being overwhelmed with choices. She was enthusiastic, and creative, but did not hesitate to let me know her opinion if I asked. Joel was very good at explaining how everything would work, the technical aspects of the items in their suite of bathroom materials and fixtures, and he was very clear about the cost and the time involved. I had one person doing all but the electrical and plumbing and Russell was not only great at his job, but friendly and always good about letting me know what was happening next. The final product is AMAZING! Even the city inspectors were commenting on the quality of the tile work, and the shower is unbelievably beautiful, but so is the floor, toilet, sink, cabinet, etc. All the items are top quality. Emma and Joel have done an amazing job putting together design, function and the right people. I would definitely use them again.”

“We had been thinking of remodeling our master bath for sometime. Decided to check it out,we were very clueless to cost and time involved. After checking out Kirk design and construction on the website and reading reviews,we went in to the showroom. After a couple of meetings with Joel and Emma we were pretty sure we would be in the right hands. All was explained very carefully and scheduled. Emma helped us with picking finishes and fixtures, I went outside the box with some choices and Emma helped me with that. Once the remodel started we were very pleased with Russell the carpenter, he’s a perfectionist and very skilled. When our tile went in the shower and on the floor, we couldn’t believe the beauty of his work! No waiting for plumbers and electricians, this went exactly on schedule. Russell cleaned his way out everyday, and told us what was happening ahead of time,no surprises. The last week of our remodel Emma gave birth, it didn’t slow the process at all, in fact Joel was here the morning after to check on our job. And our bath was done a few days ahead of schedule. These people are a team that knows their stuff! We will be having them do our 2nd. bath. And my new bath is a beautiful room. We highly recommend Joel and Emma Kirk and Russell. “I recently had my downstairs bathroom remodeled by Kirk Design and Construction. The KirkBath concept made the whole project very easy as I got to “pick and choose” from the four scenarios Emma has carefully curated. In this world of millions of choices, it is sometimes overwhelming to have to research each item. Emma found great, high quality choices, and that combined with their amazing construction practices makes for a beautiful, solid new bathroom. It’s always fun to bounce ideas off Joel for personalizing the design. This was my second project with them and as before, it was fun, painless and the results were gorgeous! Russell, their carpenter on the project was also great to work with–very careful and considerate and lives up to their high standards!”
